Exactly what I wanted, including the price - I had to write a review, since the other two were a bit misleading. I love this app, because the designer seems to be dedicated to integrating the app with built-in apple apps. Here's how I track my time in Minco: 1) I write my task text in any application (in my case, this is in omnifocus) 2) I select the task (Omnifocus) or highlight text (Any app), and run a simple automator service which adds it as a to-do in Mail.app (This task is is automatically loaded into Minco. ) 3) I hit F4 to activate Minco, select the task, hit start (Minco is now recording a brand new task. The task is tracked in iCal, Mail and Minco, syncs to my other computers, and at the end of the day I have a summary of my tasks in iCal.) Awesome! I do this to track my productivity. I don't need to send bills, or anything like that. I do know that the app can write nice looking spreadsheets of your time. The warts: 1) I definitely had to delete: ~/Library/Application Support/Minco and ~/Library/Preferences/com.celmaro.minco.plist once in order to get everything working; No bother, because my tasks are stored in mail.app/ical.app, and not in these folders. 2) I use the system-wide key shortcut F4 because the app is slow to hide. For me, these were so minor, I still give the app 5/5 stars. The design is great!

NOT “seamless" - I am very disappointed with the minco app! It is advertised as a “seamless” way to track your time, but I am not sure what definition of “seamless” they are using. Spending $14.99 on an app that does not sync with calendar and is harder to set up than an ikea furniture is not necessary “seamless”. I did an extensive amount of research to identify solutions, but reaching “seamless” town is become a trip through mordor. I have no idea what to do! I am getting to the point of wanting my money back!
Minco - Total garbage app! Dont waste your time. You would be better off with an egg timer and a notebook.
terrible - Total waste of money. Dosent recognize all ical calendars. bad interface. Hard to use. Completely not intuitive.
It's great - I use it along with 2Do to track my hours for my work projects. Works great!
