Two stories, two main characters, one epic experience: in Memoria, players travel through different time periods, while following two distinct protagonists: Sadja, a southern princess who wants to be a war hero, and Geron, a bird catcher who wants to lift a curse from his girlfriend. The game combines point & click gameplay with unique magic skills.
Sadja, a Southern princess, has an unstoppable desire to become the greatest hero in history – by joining and succeeding in the biggest war Aventuria has ever seen: The war of the Mages, fought in the middle of an uninhabitable desert.
Bird catcher Geron lives almost 450 years after the Great War. Geron’s eternal love, Nuri, has been turned into a crow by an evil curse. To give her back her human form, Geron needs the help of the mysterious merchant Fahi, who has magical powers. But Fahi is only willing to help Geron if he agrees to solve a puzzle which Fahi has seen in his dreams. The quest for answers soon leads to a chain of events that connects both Sadja's and Geron's stories, threatening to turn the present into a grim reflection of a long forgotten past.
Memoria combines classic point & click adventure gameplay with the features of The Dark Eye, one of the most successful RPG universes known in the fantasy world. Point & click adventure game puzzles get a unique twist by adding magical features – and a wise, talking staff. Over eight chapters, players control both Sadja’s and Geron’s fates, involuntarily interacting with each other and bridging over 500 years of time. Each chapter in Memoria features opulent graphics, epic locations, a thrilling fantasy crime story and a unique puzzle design that differs from chapter to chapter.

Beautiful Artwork, Engaging Story, Easy on the Nerves - Where I have missed the epic adventure games from the 80s and 90s. This games endless supply of beautiful environments and not too challenging puzzles has quenched my thirst. The puzzles are challenging, but not enough not bogged down by totally unbelievable solutions like sewing a button on a banana peel to make slippers. The player is not required to rely on your reflexes like so many first person shooters today. The artwork is really very beautiful and overwhelming in scope when you consider the scope of the store and all the details included. In today’s gaming landscape most adventure games are part of the bargain priced genre. This release has been a welcome addition for me and deserves a look from any game player who prefers to rely on their brain rather than their reflexes. I particularly enjoy this pace of game as it allows me to remain calm and without the stress of most of today’s games inflict.
RPG Game - This is an RPG game with interactive area's that can be clicked. It's just really starts off boring with no story line. You're walking in a forest and you come across a girl and you have to make her sticks stand up. WOW. What a way to start. Sorry, I love RPG and grew up with king quest but this just falls flat. Couldn't get past the dull intro.

I Love It BUT... - HOLY COW, THIS IS BETTER THAN THE FIRST!!!!!! Everything is just 200% better!! There is just ONE problem, and that problem is why I didn’t give it FIVE AMAZING STARS: There is a glitch!! I’ve made it to the LAST part of Sadja’s story where she faces off with Kasim, but right after she frees the staff on the flying fortress, **the game FORCE QUITS!! I really don’t want to have to re-download this game and have to start all over, so if there’s A BETTER WAY to fix this, I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW PLEASE!!!! I will contact Memoria Support as well and hope they can help…
