Just got the app - nothing wrong yet. - Everything look just like it does on Gmail, and the notifications come in SUPER quick. You can customise plenty of things (text size, notifications, opacity, etc), which can make it better for just desktop use. If I close the app, it doesn’t quit and I still get notifications, and they don’t bother my constantly. So far so good. Didn’t see any complaints about bugs (I don’t think there are as many users), and I haven’t encountered any. For those who have a lot of emails and whatnot (even if you get only your subscribed emails), I would recommend this app!
Great concept but Flawed - After a full day of trying to use the program I have some issues. — I ran into the same issue as user gumatt06 where you cannot open or move an attanment without it opening a page in your internet browser. So you click here, click there, then click here, just to open and view it. Kind of a pain. There needs to be a preview window or something. — In the compact mode, which is why I got the application, you cannot delete the emails. You can click on the box next to the email, then a window apprears in the menu bar with a trash can icon, but when you click on it…Nothing happens. I was looking for an application that is simple - just like the G-mail app on my phone - that I could have on my Mac Desktop. But I still need all the simple features … Read, Compose, Move, Delete, View attachments. Without these simple features, the application is useless to me. I would rather just have gmail open in my internet browser.

Works Well Enough - I downloaded this app to replace the clunky memory hog app that Apple refuses to fix. This app isn’t special or outstanding and doesn’t do anything to help organize my mail but it definitely works a lot better than Mail and I use it daily!
So Far, So Good - I downloaded this app a few days ago, and am still learning what it does or does not do. So far, it seems to do all that the full website does. No complaints at this point. I have no complaints, but cannot give five stars to something that I have not had long enough to really try out.
