A perfect logbook solution. You get what you pay for. - I’ve been using this electronic logbook for four years. It has an easy interface, cloud syncing across devices, and they continue to improve it. It is so much more than a paper logbook - I keep photos, notes, track fuel use, expenses, everything. I can customize my interface completely - when I’m instructing a lot it is set for that, if I’m doing charter it supports easy entry there. It looks good, I can print most any report I want, and I can see in an instant my currency and totals. I never get behind on logging my time because I can enter my time in seconds on my iphone. The customer support is great. I have no complaints. Yes, you have to pay for this application. Now, with the latest update, you’ll pay every year. For the cost of 15 minutes of Cessna 172 rental (30 minutes once they go to “normal” price) you can track all your flying, in great detail, for the year. Coradine isn’t joining the model of giving it to us for free and then either filling our logbooks with ads or simply going out of business. I like a product that continues to be updated and improved and you can’t expect that with a one-time pricing model. I pay a subscription for my EFB app, I pay dues to be in AOPA, I pay for charts... If you don’t mind the price - which isn’t a secret - you can’t go wrong with this program.
Very Disappointing - How many times am I going to have to pay for this program???? LogTen 6 did not even work properly the whole time I had it. Which I might add you still have not fixed. You guys are really dropping the ball here. I dont understand why you keep selling the same product with minor improvements the program has not fundamentally changed and you keep selling it at an over inflated price!? Not one of the things I have suggested have you addressed. You have a good product but I cannot keep paying for the same product over and over. You guys need to really look at this issue from a business point of view you are going to lose clientel. You need to review your subscription package or make improvements and at the very least fix the existing program which I have bought 3 times now.

I cannot recommend this application. - I’ve used this product for years. I’ve moved past the schenanigans they pulled with their pricing. They like a subscription model. I get it. But the quality of the application is just absolutely terrible. I’ve had problems with iCloud synchronization for as long as the application supported this as an option. (They initially said there was nothing they could do about it—it was an Apple problem.) Curiously, however, I don’t have problems with ANY other application that uses iCloud synchronization. Now, when I open their application on my iPhone, it crashes after about three minutes. (And, of course, the data isn’t up to date because it never can synchronize.) Despite removing the application and readding the application—it still crashes. This would point to something in my data, I suppose. The question to ask is how their application corrupted my data. The better question, as a pilot that must provide accurate logbook to the FAA on request, is can this application be trusted to correctly represent actual logbook data. I’d have to answer that question with a resounding “no.” Use this product at your own risk, as it is not trustworthy. Of course I continue to keep a paper logbook. But it seems to be a bit of a loss of value to have this application not handle data with the care it should.
