ok - Several of the vocabulary words are the exact same thing in English. I don’t need to ENDLESSLY be quizzed on “bowling”, “salt”, “hat”, etc. in order to commit them to memory. WHY were so many English words used in this app? It gets extremely tediious very quickly. Also, IT’S IMPOSSIBLE TO TURN OFF THE SOUND. If you wish to listen to music while learning Danish vocabulary, you simply can’t. WHY?!!! I like the fact that words are epeated frequently, but it’s extremely boring if I cannot listen to music, podcasts, movies, etc. at the same time. I always stop using the app out of sheer boredom solely because the useless, annoying SOUNDS prevent me from doing anything other than using the app. That said, I’m giving three stars because Danish language resources are hard to come by. This is better than nothing, but I’d ditch it in a heartbeat if another app that enabled users to mute the sound were to came along. Why did they have to make this app so annoying?! So unnecessary.
