Works great - Not sure what others are saying about needing to buy the full version to export it. I was able to save out any of the icons I made from images I edited in Photoshop and saved out as a .png and then just dragged it into the app, then exported it out as folder and voilà! instant icon kicked out with no white background, easy-peasy. Worked just as advertised for me. The only down-side is I spent several hours late into the night going crazy making custom icons for hundreds of folders and such, when I should have been getting a good night sleep. But that only underscores how easy and painless this app was/is.

A Coward’s Way to do business - I don’t mind paying for an app when I need it, this shows it is free but when you open it you get 1 standard export and then you have to pay. That is bait and switch business. All I needed was to create a couple icons. I will figure out a way to do it without paying $9.99. If you have to charge for an APP then charge for the APP, don’t say it is free and then sneak your fee in later. Be up front, be men and women of honor. I will remove this app.

So, can’t do anything unless you purchase - OK, I’m all about developers making money, but what upsets me is I could find no place in the description that says - hey, you can download and make icons but you can’t export them - meaning actually use them unless you fork over $9.99. Just say up front it’s $9.99 so folks don’t waste their time. Now, I will say I found this program on the internet and the link pushed me to ITunes and the program. Perhaps under ITunes if I were to search I would find the program under Paid Apps but that’s not how I got there.

Very Impressed! - I was extremely happy about the straight forward nature of APP and its developer. No BS or weird stuff or fees. Lets you do all the basic stuff for free, very useful. Upgrades are expensive for a the average hobby home user, but for anyone who uses it for business or work extremely reasonable. Did everything they said exactly.

Lots of free functionality - I was surprised at the amount of free functionality that I got with this app - I was able to turn my large scale company logo to a nice favicon set for my website, as well as local icons I can use on folders. Also gives multiple export options for free - some of the advanced features are pay options, but I found that the free stuff exceeded my needs. Very nice app, especially for those who are not in the “icon business” and simply need a one-time tool for making icons versus purchasing a commercial app that will sit on the virtual shelf after use.
