Application doesn’t work. - While this application looks promising it doesnt really work… Exporting or defining the output folder doesnt bring up the dialog to choose an output folder. Horrible at least test this before rolling out the app.
publish button doesn’t work - This app is great in concept but is frustrating to use. You get to the end and it won’t create output and publish. Does the company bother to test the product before they offer it for sale in the app store?
Doesn’t work with 10.9 Mavericks - Be warned, this program doesn’t work with Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks. It states this on the developer’s website. It probably should be pulled from the App Store until it is updated.
A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! - Looks great but does not function at all. When you get to the output screen the controls DO NOT let you select the output folder. Yes, there is a button to make the selection but it does not function. Even when you select the "Publish Now” button nothing happens! When you visit their website for help it looks like something an eight year old would design. Truely worthless! Even if this app was free it would still be a rip off! How Apple allows this piece of crap to stay on the APP Store is an absolute mystery to me!
Support emails bounce - app does not work BEWARE! - WARNING! The support email address bounces emails back. NO SUPPORT! Do Not Buy! This is a piece of crap. I bought thinking I could whip together a couple of quick pages but once I opened it, the trouble began. 1. I launched it for the first time and tried to remove all the images that are visible when it opens. The app crashed several times. I've enclose the crash logs. 2. I finally was able to remove the images and add my own images. I quit the app and relaunched, but none of my work was saved (and there is no "SAVE" menu option) and I had to again remove all the stock photos and add my own. 3. When I wanted to "publish," the trouble really begins. First, the output folder default is shown as some "c:\Documents and Settings" which is not the way Mac filepaths are specified. I changed it to /Users/tod/Downloads. Second, clicking either the "browse" or "open" buttons did nothing. Third, clicking the "Publish Now!" button also does nothing. I sent off a couple of crash reports and a detailed complaint regarding my experience to the "developer." It seems that anvsoft, which is listed above, and the contact email address listed on the dev web site, photo-flash-maker.com, supposedly market and support this app. However, sending an email to both addresses gets a bounce-back. I am going to request a refund from Apple.
