Exactly what I was looking for - I have a client that's a wine importer, so naturally there are a lot of accented characters that I have to deal with. This app solved my problem, and having it available as a service that I can use in my own editor is icing on the cake.

Does exactly what it says - No mess, simpple to use. It quickly sorted out my double byte character set (Korean and Chinese etc.) conversion to entities. It did the basics for me with no trouble. Would be nice if you could load a file into the input areas and save the output. Good to have the exclusion of carriage returns in the conversion. To be a really pro tool I would like to be able to convert only characters above ascii 128 or 256.
