FlowStats is a Netflow collector. It currently understands and parses Netflow version 1 and version 5 packets. Simply configure your router to export NetFlow and start the app up and it will tell you what's flowing through the router now. It is intended for use by network administrators that need quick access to exported Netflow information while troubleshooting. It can help pinpoint troublesome hosts as well as help with capacity planning. Tables of information displayed include Top Talkers, Top Receivers and the Latest 1000 flows as seen by the router.
NOTE: FlowStats version 1.0 does not support Netflow version 9.
*** This application supports Netflow only, which is generally only supported by Cisco routers and switches. It will not work with SOHO-type routers like Linksys, D-Link, Airport, etc.
Please read the information displayed when pressing the Help button on the toolbar to configure your routers to export Netflow information.
* Fixed issue with cells being empty when first started on Mavericks.

Nice small app - great work. - Nice small app but works well. Does the job and meet my expectations. The only missing parts are pie and other charts. Thank you for this app.

Works partly - This does work well with v5, and even attempts to work with v9. The only issue so far, is that whenever you try to enable the “resolve ip addresses to host names”, it kinda buggers up until you disable the option. Make this work, and I’ll give it 5 stars.
Time for an Update - So this is the only NetFlow application in the entire App Store. That in and of itself is a shame. I have not had any issues with it except for the lack of support for NetFlow v9. Also, there should be a way to permanantly change the listening port instead of having to change it every time the app is loaded. Last, I would be willing to pay more for the app if it was expanded. Instead of boring everyone listing my wants here, please refere to the netflow capabilities of SolarWinds. Jon
