Excellent Product and Support - I have been using this product for years to my full satisfaction. However, after the Yosemite upgrade this app would keep crashing. I contacted support and within 5 minutes they fixed my problem. They were awesome! Its a great easy to use scanner software product!

Version 2.27

Still too many crashes - Apparently they haven’t fixed all of the bugs. I can’t get it to save the scanned image to a file and it crashes entirely too many times. I have tried scanning a multi-page document — and it asked for more pages (which I thought was nice) but the cropping of the pages was inconsistent. Better lick next time — kind of a waste of money.
