The software is designed to catalog the electronic invoices, cataloging of tickets as receipts of purchase and other types of documents. In short order to keep all those documents that we receive or in paper form or electronically and that there would be convenient to keep organized in our computer.
With Docs you can catalog your files quickly and easily. You can create categories, add in them the events and add your files by dragging them into the program.
In periods (or events) is given the opportunity to enter the date, title and a brief description.
In documents instead just drag the mouse and your files will be automatically entered into the program.

Meets my needs perfectly! - This app does exactly what it says it does and exactly what I need it to do. I needed a place to keep my receipts and keep them organized. I now have the ability to do that.
Can't find instructions anywhere - I'd like to use this app but I can't figure out exactly how to use it. It needs a tutorial or a user manual. It looks simple enough but it's not self-explanatory. Maybe it works but trying to understand the interface without any instructions is frustrating.

Simple and effective - Docs is a simple application that works great for the price. Organization by category, event, and date keeps things orderly and easy to track. The most glaring shortcoming is the scanner interface in the app cannot adjust the size of the document -- no matter how small the document I'm scanning, it saves an image of the entire flatbed area. Fortunately a workaround is simple -- I scan the document with another program and crop it how I like, then drag the document into Docs. The ability to crop would be a welcome addition to this application. Overall, it has helped me go paperless with my receipts and other documents without paying an arm and a leg.
It’s ok I guess - I don’t know how to use it but I’m sure it’s worth the try.
