Not WORKING properly!!! - I just bought this app for my 5 yr old son. Since the very first day, this app has NOT been working properly. I am using a brand new and up to date mac so there is no reason on my end why this app shouldn’t be working correctly. If you don’t fix the bug issues on this app I want a full refund of my money!

App Doesn’t Work - version 1.5.3 - Don’t waste your money — the app won’t start up. It shows up on the dock and bounces 3 or 4 times, then disappears and never launches. For $29.99 this is crazy — avoid this vendor...

pretty good game - daughter is 5, she really likes this game, she had it when she was 4 and played it a lot but didn't like one part that was too hard and frustrated her to keep repeating it. a year later she asked me to play it again, but i lost it because old disk on the imac finally failed and i replaced it. customer support gave me an ftp url to re-download and install it but i had problems with the install on 10.8.5 so they provided me a redeem code to install it from the app store and i just did that and she's been playing it for an hour and still likes it tho some parts are too easy now. overall, had no problems installing and running from the app store. i definitely disagree with some other commenters, this is not similar to other $10 games by any stretch, clearly more work has gone into it than a typical lower-priced app, it fills my imac screen vertically with nice creative and original graphics, but maybe $19.99 would be a more reasonable price. but with so many dud games out there, i am just satisfied when a game is fun and has some staying power. i will say that this game has some charm to it. these are the Activities in the game from the menu: Counting, Sequencing, Arcade, Coloring, Patterns, Sound Sequence, Phonics, Spelling, Rhyming, Memory, Early Math, Shapes, Alphabet, Shapes. you can choose from 3 levels. i like that there is lots of verbal encouragement when mistakes are made. each of the activities is small, so overall its not a lot of game play for the price, and the activities vary in quality, but there are quite a lot of little animated sketches that are entertaining to her, jokes and silly antics, so it probably depends on your kid if its worth it.
