"This is the weather app that Apple should ship with every Mac by default..." - Arlo G

"Their support is amazing. For some reason it wasn't detecting location automatically, emailed over and was helped within 10 minutes." - Zac C

"This is lovely - I am pretty hesitant to install menubar apps normally, but this one more than deserves a spot up there to the right." - Stuart C

"Just sits up there, providing the temperature where you are along with a conditions indicator. Clicking on the temp brings up a beautiful forecast and expanded conditions including wind speed/direction and humidity. Simple but polished." - James K

Convenient weather in your menu bar - Small and unobtrusive, lets you see the current temperature and weather conditions in your menu bar. It doesn’t do any more than that, so if you’re looking for a comprehensive weather app you won’t want this. But it’s great at what it is meant to do. I really like it.

Doesn’t work. No response from developer. - I’m currently running the latest El Capitan release, and it just does not seem to work. I recently purchsed Degrees Pro after reading about it on a blog. Don’t follow my footsteps. Thinking this would be a great little addition to my system, paid and downloaded it from the App Store. Installation went fine, runs in the Finder bar - but it just doesn’t work. It won’t display any temperature information and won’t detect a location. I deleted then reinstalled - still no joy. Users are able to contact the developer through the app - but there doesn’t seem to be any response.

Extremely basic - Same developer, same development tools, same name, same price, but this application is basic at best. The iOS version of Degrees is vastly superior, with a long list of features that this one lacks - more views, radar, visibility, wind speed, text desciptions of the weather, etc.

Worked great, and then it didn't - Giving this app one star at the moment because it just does not work any longger. Not sure what’s going on with the app or the developer. I genuinely liked the app when It worked. And it did work great for a while and then, with this last update, it just stopped working. In fact it did exactly the opposite of what the developer said he fixed in this release. When opening the app, it appears briefly in the menu bar then just quits unexpectadly.

I upgraded to a product that doesn’t work - I had the free Degrees app. Worked mostly great. Thought that 5-day forecast would be a nice treat for just a few bucks. And now, in my menu bar, I have a free version that is giving me a temp and current conditions, right next to dashes (indicating, I think, that the app doesn’t know where I am) that cost me $3. Refreshing, restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling - none of it works. Bummer to nearly literally (I know it’s not literal…but it’s close…) throw away money.

App is very unstable. - Every time I refresh to get the current temperature (because it doesn’t auto refresh), it’s vastly different. 38°, 56°, 40°, etc. All over the place. Have no confidence in using this app. I’ve written for support and have gotten no response. Save your money. I bought Living Earth and so far, it is far superior.
