Wooo! - Got me a little sweaty and pretty tired now! Great workout!
Daily Cardio Workout - Don't like it. This is a very intense workout that I'm guessing lots of folks won't even begin to be able to keep up with. You can supposedly "customize" your workout, but the app doesn't allow you to choose the same exercise again. For example, I wanted to do 5 minutes of jogging in place but it forces you to choose one minute of 10 different exercises. The only choice you get is that you can choose the order of the 10 exercises. Lame. And, like someone else said, you can't choose less than 10 exercises. Some music and a full screen option would have been nice as well.

Too short and not enough variation - I read a lot of good reviews and the only bad ones said it was too hard, so I thought, great! I'm recovering from ACL surgery and working and can't get to the gym very often. I wanted something to motivate me at home. The exercises are 60 seconds each, and the longest routine is 10 minutes long. (A total of 10 exercises for 10 minutes- that's all. (So you if you do both the routines they offer it's only 20 min.) 10-20 min is great for someone starting out, but it's not enough for anyone who wants real cardiovascular exercise. I didn't rate it super low because it serves a purpose for beginners (Real beginners can just go slower, improvise at their own level and go at their own pace.) I am a health professional and prescribe exercise to my patients. This is an app I would recommend to the person starting out or if you needed a short routine on a trip, but for anyone "athletic," just be aware that you will need to do it several times or add in your own stuff when it's over. You can make you own routine as well, but it will be comprised of their same 20 exercises- jogging, jumping jacks, knee raises, etc.- You just vary the order of the same exercises they offer. There is no music, which is fine for me. Sometimes the music can be cheesy or not motivating on things like this. If you want music you'll have to get it elsewhere. Overall, it's OK, but not as hard or long as I was hoping. It could be improved by adding some more exercises.
Very good app - This is a very useful app for my morning exercise. I will recommend it to anyone without a good exercise routine.
