Short but gets the job done! - I am a flight attendant and I use all the Daily Workouts: Cardio, Arm, Ab and Yoga. They are great because I can workout in my hotel room. Plus you don't need a lot of space or any special equipment. The Daily Butt Workout is short and effective. After a month, I saw results.
