Great app! - I use this app everyday! Variety of exercises, you can choose the time you want to exercise, you see a video showing you how to do it… I can't find anything wrong about it :) Can't wait to show my six-pack!

basic - These are basic ab workouts by yourself. Move your computer chair and start your one of 8 types of crunches presented.

Daily ab workout lite - I thought the app was fine and did just what it said,ab workout, I would have liked a little more instruction, but then would not be free
