Great app! - I use this app everyday! Variety of exercises, you can choose the time you want to exercise, you see a video showing you how to do it… I can't find anything wrong about it :) Can't wait to show my six-pack!

basic - These are basic ab workouts by yourself. Move your computer chair and start your one of 8 types of crunches presented.

Daily Ab Workout is GREAT! - There are so many reasons to give this an excellent rating: the visual and verbal guide is easy to follow, the varied but relevant ab workouts are effective, the optional times are perfect if you have limited time or if you can spend a few more minutes, and finally, the app is FREE! Good job!
