Works great for us! - I love this app - I can see all my cameras and review recorded footage onsite or on my couch, export to movie format is easy to review, smooth to watch, zoom gives a clear face shot when I need it.
It doesn - I have the other DW apps for the iPhone and iPad and have no problem watching our cameras. I installed this one on the MAC and just get the "LIVE, it is an unknown protocol."

Does Not Work - The older version worked for me, but now I just get the LIVE: it is an unknown protocol message. It still works on my iphone and iPad. I am using Mountain Lion. Please fix this!
its a sham - I agree with the other person that i also have it on my iPad and iPhone and no problem but when i installed it on my Mac ( 10.7.4 ) it does not work at all there is a bug in the program….when u guys fix the problem then i will give it a better rating
Rubbish - Everything about networking this device is unnecessarily difficult. The app flat out won't work on a Mac as far as I'm able to figure out. It's not really much if at all better with an iOS device. For the $ this system cost, I'm pretty unhappy with how poorly it's prepared to work remotely-on a Mac, at least.
Ditto - Can see cams on my iphone but this app is completely and totally useless. I spent a small fortune outfitting my 10 retails stores with this crap that I cant watch from a distance! If I was going to sit in the store I wouldnt need remote access cameras. Fix this!
