PRO TOOLS 10
These Avid Pro Tools tutorials are a complete guide to making music with Pro Tools. The Quick Start section provides an overview of the features and functions in Pro Tools.
The Mixing & Mastering section demonstrates complete session examples of both audio mixing and mastering, and also includes a tutorial explaining the most commonly used audio plug-ins.
The Loops & Remix section explains the Elastic Audio function and provides an example of how to use time and pitch shifting in a session.

These mixing and mastering tutorials are a complete guide to digital audio mixing and mastering. It begins with an Overview section introduces the necessary audio engineering concepts. Both the Mixing and Mastering sections are organized into a straightforward framework consisting of 5 elements: Volume, Panning, Dynamics, EQ, and FX.
The tutorials illustrate the principles and concepts of mixing and mastering using a number of examples created in popular pro audio products. Examples in the Mixing section use primarily Pro Tools, Sonar, Logic, and Cubase, and examples in the Mastering section concentrate on Ozone, T-Racks. Audio plug-ins from Waves, PSP Audioware, and Voxengo are also demonstrated.

These Digital Producer tutorials are a complete guide to making music using digital sources–loops, synthesizers, and samplers. They cover a wide variety of musical genres—everything from making beats to creating orchestral tracks.
The Overview and Concepts sections present a brief history of digital music production and the role of the producer as well as providing a foundation of basic audio and MIDI concepts used throughout the course. There are two general sections, Synths & Samplers and Time & Pitch which illustrate the techniques of digital music production. These sections use examples primarily from Native Instruments Absynth and Kontakt as well as Pro Tools Elastic Audio, FL Studio, and Spectrasonics Stylus RMX.
There are four sections which address creating music for specific instrument groups: The Drums section uses examples from FXpansion BFD and GURU as well as Ableton Live Impulse and FL Studio. The Guitar & Bass section focuses on East-West Ministry of Rock, MusicLab RealGuitar, and Spectrasonics Trilian. The Jazz & Orchestra section includes examples from East-West Symphonic Orchestra, Garritan Jazz & Big Band, Synthogy Ivory Grand Pianos, and the Kontakt Vienna Symphonic Library.
