Description:

CutieMelody is a simple and beautiful version of a real children's glockenspiel.

Realistic sounds and responsive playing and sliding make it a real joy to just toy around freely or perform favorite melodies. Animated bars and note letters provide feedback and soothing floating notes in the background make it fun for kids to learn the basics of making music and stay entertained.

Great for the price! - Bottom line is that this app is GREAT for the price--free. It's obviously a work-in-progress and once they've polished things up I assume they'll start charging for it. I wouldn't pay money for it at the state it's in now, but if they made some improvements I'd certainly pay a few bucks for it as my kid enjoys it and you can't put a price on that. If you are an adult intending to use this for your own enjoyment don't bother as only a very very young child would find this interesting and probably only for a few minutes at that. My son is 7 months and he enjoys this although at that age he's a bit too young as he can't understand how to use the mouse or that only the number keys play music. A few more months and I'm sure he'll enjoy this even more. What I'd like to see is a way to deactivate all the other keys that aren't used or better yet to assign ALL the keys so that no matter what key is pressed, it plays a note--maybe simply go down and to the right assigning keys so that "1" which plays C would also be played if pressing "Q, A, or Z" etc... Yet that would be just a little odd I know since "A" would play C instead of A, but gotta make some compromises sometimes. It'd also be great if this took off and some of you parents put together some songs... 7,6,5,6,7,7,7
