Tower Defence - but they shoot back! - Great, fun, challenging, entertaining. I'm really surprised by the negative reviews, I'm not sure they're playing the same game. Cubeman and Cubeman 2 are tower defence games where the other guys shoot back (fun!). It takes a lot of thinking to find the place to place your pieces to stop the onslaught. In the end, after a lot of trial and error, I thought the original game could have been more challenging (though I didn't feel that way as I ramped up the learning curve). Cubeman 2 added another level of sophistication to the game with unit upgrades and new pieces. This is my favorite game on the Mac platform (ipad version is great too).

Simply amazing... - I found out about this game a while back, and I was quite hesitant to buy it, because I found most tower defense games to be bland. Later, when I got an App Store card, I was wondering what to purchase. But then, in the back of my mind, I remembered this game. It was only $1.99, so I was like, “What the heck, i’ll give this a shot!”. Boy, was that one of the best decisions ever. The game blew my mind. Remember how I said that I didn’t really like tower drefense games? Well this single game changed that forever. The slick graphics, smooth and addictive gameplay, extensive amout of content, highly customizable details, and lots more make this game a must have.

Theme purchases gone! - I hate to give this game a bad review because I love it, but I purchased some Themes from the Level Editor, made a level, then quit the game. When I reopened the level editor, not only did my map default to a free theme, but my purchased Themes are gone and cannot be selected! I can’t even purchase them again! They are completely gone! I already had to repurchase this game as my Steam version will not work at all anymore. I just get a black screen when I try to run my Steam version and had to uninstall it. The developer states they have it working on my version OS X and the Steam client, so I guess I am out of about $4 for the Themes since I can’t use them. The picture of my level has the theme I purchased, but when you open my level, it defaults back to the free theme. There is a button to restore purchases, but in that menu, it see’s my purchased themes!!! Why can’t I select them when making new levels now? I can only select them for the theme of the main menu. Please fix this issue!
