Very close to pth pateboard - I’m a power user and I was basically looking for a PTH pasteboard replacement. I looked over the options in the app store. I don't have time to try them all but I have used all the major one's in the past. Since I could not longer use PTH I started using the built in clipboard manager of Keyboard Maestro. Its ok but I wanted more options like quick keyboard shortcuts to quickly select a particular clipping. So far I am not disappointed with Copy’em. At this point I just wish it let me save in iCloud or dropbox so my clippings were in sync on all my machines. Note: Most of these clipboard managers do basically the same thing. Some of them like iClip try to get you with a very imaginative UI. This the kind of utility you want to be fast and as simple as possible with all the bells and whistles you are going to use, not a bunch that are there just o create a long feature list or cool screen shots of the program. Copy`em strikes the right balance.

Clearly a 5-star clipboard manager - I’ve been using the app a couple of years now and it’s clearly a 5-star clipboard manager. Read the developer’s website to find out everything this superb app can do and how to customize it it for your own specific needs. Whether you just need a simple clipboard manager or a complex one, Copy’em Paste should be your app of choice. And the other thing, the developer stays on top of Apple’s updates and changes and makes sure Copy’em Paste is compatible on Day One...of the Public Betas no less.

Well worth the cost. - I’m a big fan of workflow improvements. Saving 5-10 seconds hundreds of times per day really adds up. Copy em Paste is an easy buy if you work with a lot of text/data on a regular basis. I program and spend my days in spreadsheets, with a lot of screenshots for presentations and such. A good clipboard manager probably saves me several hours per week. Kudos to the developer for a well thought-out interface and experience!

All of the goodies - none of the garbage. - I’ve been with the Mac since the Mac was a baby, and I’ve always felt the clipboard was one of the areas that needed some additional horsepower. Through the years I think I've tested and used virtually all of the copy/paste tools that didn't simply crash on first launch. Copy'em Paste is one of the good ones! In fact, I think it's the best one out there right now. I tested it for less than ten minutes before I bought.

Great for writers, editors, students - For most of us, good writing usually requires a lot of editing and rewrites, and rewriting often involves moving passages by cutting and pasting. Having multiple clipboards makes cutting and pasting simple and efficient. This program is also useful for writers who need to use “boiler plate” passages because they can write it once, save it to one of the Copy’em Paste clipboards, and drop it into the document when needed. This full featured clipboard manager is easy to use and intuitive.

Direct Paste into apps with keyboard shortcuts without needing to use mouse or a pop-up window! - Excellent product for keyboard users! You can assign a “global shortcut” for each clipboard item that works without having to have the copy’em paste program window open (program does have to be running though).
