I have so much fun playing with this! - I found this quite by accident on a trip down google lane to find hex codes. Downloaded the 15-day free trial and was so amazed that I almost bought it from their website that day. Glad I waited! This is a bargain price. Combine this with a colorpicker for Mac (look around the web for very good free ones) and you're all set.
👎👎 👎 ABANDONED APP - DO NOT BUY 💩💩💩 - Yet another one of those RELEASED AND FORGOTTEN apps, ZERO UPDATES IN OVER 4 YEARS - The only thing they seem to update is the price. You’re getting ripped off: $20 (or more) for an app that crashes everytime you try to use the color picker in Yosemite. DO NOT SUPPORT DEVS THAT ARE NOT WILLING TO WORK ON THEIR APPS!!! UPDATE: As others have mentioned, I also received the standard “We’re busy, go away” response. Asking to contact them later to see if it resolves itself, since they’re doing squat about this. I guess they are hoping it will magically fix itself. But yet they take a chance at letting us know (marketing) that they’re busy with their "Creative Market", for which I believe I have an account and I will be closing promptly. DEAR APPLE: Please pull this App, since it’s broken and the developers are admitting to not working on a fix, why would you let anyone buy a broken product that is not expected to be fixed?

Crashes in Yosemite - Unfortunately, it’s not possible to choose a color with the “picker” without crashing the program in OS X Yosemite.
Color Schemer - Bought it put it on my iMac and it completely blew Photoshop Elements apart when I tried to import a file that Color Schemer created. I had been using Photoshop Elements for a number of weeks/months and never had a problem. I couldn't find any help in the help tab either. Nothing at all shows up in the help tab on Color Schemer. So I wrote the company explaining the difficulties and they wrote back, I quote: "Thanks a lot for your email and purchase! That's strange, ColorSchemer should have no effect on Photoshop Elements, so it sounds more like an issue specific to your Photoshop setup. Also there is a bunch of documentation that comes with the app if you haven't seen it yet. Just click on the menu "Help+ -> "ColorSchemer Studio Help" to bring up the help files, and you should find answers to most of your questions there. We also have a quick screencast showing how to use the LiveSchemes section of the program. . . All I can say is that is just the sweetest dust off I ever got and about the least amount of help I ever got. Just taking my loses and thanking my lucky stars Color Schemer didn't pull the whole system down. Linda Fontenot
Non-functional on Yosemite - Crashes instantly when you select the color picker.
Doesn’t work with Yosemite - Been using this for years and has been my favorite tool for color picking. BUT, it does not work with Yosemite.
