Best Coding Program on the App Store! - Strong points: 1. Cheap, especially for how powerful the program is. It is worth the five bucks and then some. 2. Compile/Build/Run times are insanely fast, leaves my old compilers in the dust, and consolidated to one easy button. 3. Great syntax hints, and colors help you differentiate functions, variables, etc. 4. Stable. I’ve had it freeze twice, but after a quick reboot, it was right back up almost in the identical place where I left off at. Coming from Windows machines/programs, this was a lifesaver and well appreciated feature. To the dev: Good job man, keep up the good work! I’ll definitely be checking out anything else you put out on the App Store.

Is this a scam? - After reading the great reviews (for the people that could actually use it) I decided to give it a try figuring the purchase/download kink had been worked out. I, just moments ago tried to download it and received an error message. All that I can say is that it better not show up on my billing history. Extremely unpleased at the moment!

Good program, but should work on some fixes - Pros: Good look and feel. Double clicking on a bracket or parenthesis highlights its range. Like the shortcut to duplicate current line. Cons: Has been freezing every once in a while. Current version has lost PHP highlighting a couple of times… just changed and changed back to fix. Suggestions: Should have a key (perhaps ESC to hide the sidebars). Would like more explicit debugging tools… or hints to debug using their tools. Would be nice if it sought to help with typing out currently used variables. It would be cool if there was a bracketing highlight mode that easily shows you where all of your brackets range. A key command for switching views of opened documents. Be nice if document comparison was added

This is THE app that is worth every penny! - I’ve purchaced probably far too many apps on through the app store, and regreted most of them. This app however is THE app that is worth every penny. It’s fast and versitie. I’ll admit I wasn’t expecting much, but what I got made it one of the most valuable coding apps I have. Having to pick up some skills in languages I may never use often enough to fully explore mid project, and learning more of a language without having to use up all available RAM is excellent. It’s great for using in classes too. I can set up simple programs quickly and run right away to help reduce time I would otherwise have to spend writing out long programs with full interfaces for everybody else to understand.

Really Nice for PHP Development. - This is a great application. It’s really impressive how light and fast it is (it has the fastest launch time of all the PHP Dev tools on Mac I’ve ever used). I’m really happy with this purchase. Overall for PHP Dev on the Mac this is really hard to beat - Fast, light, doesn’t require to you create some kind of special project file, good syntax highlighting (mostly). That being said... It would be perfect if: 1) It didn’t crash (this happens to me about once a week), but remarkably I’ve never lost anywork because of it. So the crash becomes more of an annoyance than anything. 2) If (in addition to using "command+[" ) you chould select a code block and press "shift+tab" to move it left. (You can press “tab" to move it right/indent right? IMHO, this app would be ideal if you could outdent blocks of code all at once using "shift+tab".) 3) If the Syntax highlighting was a bit better. For instance something simple like putting php tags in the href for a link (inside quotes) breaks the syntax highlighting. Here is an example; Home. The use of ‘ or “ inside that link removes the syntax highlighting (it’s totally cosmetic, but it would be a nice improvement.) I imagine these kinds of requests aren’t easy - but it would be pretty awesome if they were done at some point. This app is money well spent.
