ClickPlot is a data viewer app designed to make viewing and navigating plots of your data files so easy and intuitive you'll quickly learn far more about your data than you ever thought possible!
• File format is autodetected (ascii only) so loading one or more files only takes one click and drag! Drag a folder to load all data files within.
• As you scroll or zoom in the X axis, the Y axis autoscales to fit viewable data.
• Zoom box shows you your current position in the full data set.
• Watch noisy data turn quiet using a scroll action in the averaging control panel.
• With two clicks, fit a polynomial to your data and subtract it to view the residual.
• File navigator panel includes search box with wildcards.
• Column navigator panel allows equation entry.

A gem for engineers - It is always great to find good software in the App Store, even better if it is free. I usually get lots of data to analyze. I tend to use statistical packages (R, Matlab), and ocassionally Excel. ClickPlot is so helpful and easy to use I have added it to my set of tools. To plot a text file (tabular data), just drag in the file from finder into ClickPlot. Then select the radio button indicating what column you want on the x-axis, and highlight the columns you want on the y-axis. It can't be simpler than that. I have plotted medium sized files (<50K rows) without problems. The ease of the zoom function and the averaging are icing on the cake. Overall a well thought tool!

Wonderful - I use this routinely for viewing large CSV files containing an assortment of telemetry. Does the job very easily and completely.
Perfect for panning and zooming through data! - Exactly what I was looking for, an app that makes it simple to pan and zoom in on data. After a quick glance at the manual, I just loaded up a .csv file exported from excel with 18,000 data points. It made it real easy to find the data I was looking for. Don't forget the shift key while using the mouse wheel...
great app - Note- files have to be in .csv format not .xlxs to work in ClickPlot. I'm a neurobiologist. We have a device that generates data in columns ( typically 24 columns x 500 rows), but the values for each column can vary widely. I have tried to use excel's "Chart" to view the data, but it is not smart enough to adjust the y-axis if plotting more than 1 column of data-- it requires individually plotting each, which is slow; the plots appear over the data, and the file size become large which slows Excel down. This app is GREAT for a quick view of the data, channel-by-channel, or multiple channels (columns) at once (if they're of similar scale). Thanks for this one!
