By the people, for the people!
Create live TV-style webcasts using only your Mac, built-in FaceTime or iSight camera, photos and movie files. Plug in one or more external USB webcams for more elaborate shoots. Mix directly as you upload to YouTube or mix to a DVI or Thunderbolt XVGA projector. No editing or rendering required.
In keeping with our retro-theme, CamCamX is designed after an 80s style two input video mixer. Easy and fun to use. Record live video mixes directly with Quickier.app or QuickTime Pro, or VJ live out over Yahoo Messenger, webchat or Skype.
To broadcast live to any Adobe Flash 11 enabled website using Safari, you will need to install additional (free download) components from our website.

Most Helpful Reviews
Well done and helpful app - CamCamX 2.0 works well (I’m on Yosemite 10.10.3). It has my highest recommendation. I’ve found this to be a very stable and useful application. I note that the App Store indicates that CamCamX hasn’t been updated in the App Store for a bit, but that shouldn’t dissuade potential buyers. This app works well and the developers are very responsive to support requests. This app is a bit more expensive than some other apps, but I think the price is a fair value for what you get. If you are interested in this app but want to try it before buying it, you can go to the developer’s website and try out the free trial version to make sure it works for you before purchasing here. Some of the configuration requires some additional manual adjustments because of Apple’s sandboxing requirements, but the developers are very helpful and their instructions are clear.

It keeps crashing - crashes on start up plz fix
Excellent program; an additional fix is in development - If you purchase this application and have issues launching it, the developers have a fix posted on their website. They are helpful and responsive. The fix isn’t super easy for novice computer users, but the multi-step directions from the developers are clear and doable. This is a good and stable application. I’d recommend it, even with the manual fix that is currently necessary. Hopefully the developers will issue a more comprehensive fix in the early part of 2016. Thanks again to these devs.
Sneaky Time - I found out about this app from a friend of mine who decided to start webcasting her podcast. Naturally, I rushed to test it with FaceBoof. Works great. Handy for scratching in those hard to reach places.
