Best Bird Clock Ever! - ************( 12 stars 1 for each bird) The Bird Clock makes me take flight! It's beautiful. You can change the preferences: make it large or small, numbers or just birds, as well as change the frame. Now about the Birds: you can change the order of hours in which they chirp. You can even choose to create a whole clock of just one bird if that is what you want. Choose a bird to chirp, hoot honk… in an alarm a short alarm or a long alarm. You can even listen to the birds from the drop down menu. I would just suggest that if you are playing a game or listening to music, you turn the sound down so you can hear the birds. Well worth the .99 --> I paid $15. for a real hang on your wall bird clock and it never worked, I was stuck with their order, could never set an alarm or change the frame I couldn't change the size.. Catching on here folks? :-)

Absolutely Great!!! - Ok, so I'm surfing the web, drinking my morning java and one of the websites I frequent had a review on an app called MemoryFreer, by the same developer as BirdClock. This is how I found BirdClock and, well it was free and I love the sounds in the early morning of the birds calling out. So…. This app is GREAT! It is not meant to be a teaching aid or ANYTHING else except a CLOCK. With a built in alarm and it sings out on the hour, you can make the clock smaller, you can add numbers, you can even have it stay on top of all windows. It is simple to use and uses so little memory. Ya can't go wrong.

No way to close it - I thought this clock would be cute, but there is no way to quit the program. It's very big and sits on the desktop, and you can hide the program, but then there is no way to unhide it and it runs in the background. I had to restart my computer just to quit the program so I could uninstall it. This clock needs to be a lot more user friendly before I ever install it again.

Good, but could use some improvements - I like this app a lot. It is attractive as well as useful. A couple of things I'd like: make an app volume control. The bird calls are really loud. I'd like to set them lower than my volume for watching videos, listening to music, etc. If I'm wearing headphones, the hourly "chime" makes me jump out of my seat. Also, I'd like to be able to click or mouse over the birds on the face to see what kind they are. That way I can easily learn them with their calls. Thanks for this nice free app!
