What I wanted + - I can’t count how many times my battery has zeroed out in my face while I’ve been absorbed in my work, but no more since I've configured a notifications alert with this awesome app! Also, I didn’t realize until I read one of the reviews for this app that I had been damaging my battery with overcharges, so the "fully charged" alert is a benefit bonus beyond what I was looking for. Plus, the support is responsive. Another battery monitor I was using does not have alerts with notifications, and in my research I didn’t see another monitor app that does, nor did I see highly starred reviews for other moniter apps as numerous as for this one. Far as I’m concerned, this app sets the standard. Thank you Rocky Sand Studio.
Bloatware and nagware has been added - With the last update you are nagged to download other software on startup, then you’re nagged to provide your email address, then the app has banners in for other software. File under “how to get me to uninstall your app."

Well done - I fully replaced the Mac battery icon on my menu bar with this app. It provides everything I need to let me know the health and life of my battery. It would be great if it had recommendations on when I should charge and when I should unplugg!
Good - Good
Annoying Newsletter Nag - I'll say up front that this app actually works pretty well for providing information about your battery. However, it's not that complicated of an app. Normally I'd give them three, maybe four stars. However, they're getting one star because of their "nag" screen. When you upgrade to the latest version, it pops up a window trying to talk you in subscribing to their newsletter, and promoting their other apps. This by itself wasn't that big of a deal to me. I clicked the red "X" in the top left corner to close the window, and instead of closing, you're presented with ANOTHER pop-up that says, "Easily free up gigabytes of hard drive space!" The default button is "Download on the Mac App Store." When you're trying to close a window, you should not be presented with another pop-up that forces you to click "Cancel" to close the window. If you already have this app installed, just go into the app and select the "Subscribe to the Newsletter" menu item, and you'll see what I mean. This is misleading and confusing, and I *HATE* it when companies do crap like this. They're gaming the system to inflate their download numbers, and that's just as bad as the companies that pop-up nag screens asking for five-star reviews here in the App Store. For that, this app gets one star, and I'm removing it from my system. If the publisher of this app is sleazy enough to do things like this, who knows what they're doing behind the scenes on my Mac?
Battery Temp didn’t move even with 4 4k videos playing at the same time - I ran a simple test to check if the tempeture was running true. But as I find that the battery didn’t even have the slightest change when i played 4 4k videos at the same time? Comeon.. I’m uninstalling it for sure.
Worthless - Simply a waste of space on my laptop. Gives ridiculous estimates for battery life and gives a fluctuating maximum battery capacity reading. Does nothing useful, no reason to have it.
