Wow - I had, apparently, downloaded some malware that wouldn’t allow my keyboard to function properly…when booting up I couldn’t type letters! After 4 days and working with 4 different people at Apple support, wiping my hard drive, reinstalling the operating system and restore everything from a back up drive we had the problem licked…or so we thought. Two days later the programs that we thought had caused the problem and that we thought we erased returned and caused the same problem with the keyboard. During one of my sessions with Apple support, one of the guys mentioned in passing that Adware Doctor was the clean-up app of choice and to stay away from Mackeeper (the program that caused all of my problems)! I downloaded Adware Doctor in safe boot, ran it, erased about 10 identified problems, rebooted and, voilá, the keyboarded worked on restart! I’m a very happy boy!!!
It doesn't work as it says!! - I originally want this software to solve the boring advertising, but when I use it, there are still a lot of pop up windows, these is annoyed me a lot, but this is not the main of, the most important is I save in the above account and password are not, I try to use various means to back and not effective, which made me very angry. I seldom write a review, but this was an exception, which has touched my limit. I see the details of it says, but not as good as it said that. This is not an exaggerated, the fact is like this, I hope that if you want to use the deliberating whether or not to download, you should think about it for twice. or you will disappointed with it when you use it. Anyway I am enough with using it. and I have decide that I will not use it. I would not do something like that, I would do it, but I have usen it after a few times I find that I still can not stand it. this is after careful consideration of the result.

Safari malware / MAC OS Malware removed! - I never leave reviews. However, after getting hijacked by MacKeeper through a trusted business website download, I was infected. My Safari would redirect me to malware that faked Apple Support or tried to get me to download and pay for another virus scanning AP. Some were very convincing, so beware! Anyway. I’m partly computer savy I tried to diagnosis and remove the malware myself. After three hours, each time following someone elses trusted instructions, the hijack returned to Safari. So I decided to download an AP from the AP Store. But then you worry - is this another Malware application itself that I am about to pay for? So, as with you (probably) I looked for the best reviews. I landed on Adware Doctor because of the 1800+ review. I paid the $9.99, downloaded the AP, and within 2 minutes everything was fixed with some very minor (and guided) participation by me. IT WORKS, and was well worth the $10 bucks! I should have done this first! I’ll never get those first three hours back. Michael
Don’t do it - Do not, I repeat DO NOT!! Buy and install this app. The fact that it has cleaned up the malware is completely eclipsed by the fact that it has messed up all of my Chrome extensions. Luckily I have backups so I’ll be able to reconstruct my system, but the lack of warning of total destruction makes me incredibly angry. It will take a lot of effort to put things back where they should be. I am very disappointed. BE WARNED!!
First try successful - I don’t give up easily on a problem - I believe that a little research and a lot of determination can fix most Mac problems. But I had to give up and buy an Adware Doctor to solve my problem. So reluctantly I spent the money on this app. Fortunately, my first use of it seems to be entirely successful. It has also optimized my browser, either intentionally or unintentionally. So I recommend this app to solve your big problems.
Got rid of ‘Safe Finder’ and the vestiges it left - I somehow accidentally managed to download a program that installed the malware ‘Safe Finder’ search engine. I deleted it from my applications, removed it as my homepage, but I still kept having this problem that everytime I opened a new browser window, it took far too long for the blank homepage to load. This started right after I got the malware and continued after I thought I deleted it. So I decided to give Adware Doctor a try, definitely not expecting it to work, but low and behold, my browser pages load instantly now. I can only assume this app did as it claims, and I am very happy with it. I’m hoping it also removed any other bad things on my computer that I wasn’t aware of.
Scam - I should have researched this app online before spending money on it. You don’t need an app to delete your extensions, cookies, and caches. You can do that on your own, for free. This app doesn’t give you any information about what adware/malware it found, or if it found anything. A window pops up, you click “clean” and after a few moments it declares “Clean!” That’s it. That’s the entire app.
