Love and so much hate... - since i payed this on my phone i begged the Apple powers that be to allow it to be brought to the computer. imagine the moment when i saw it on the App Store front page! i cried, i laughed, i called my best friend and said i love you, then i called my most hated enemy and begged forgiveness. it was a very good day. fast forward three days later and i’ve been playing the game for quite a while (mostly during breaks at work, occasionally during staff meetings). i achieved the seldom seen 4096 tile! it’s black! what?! i had to go back to work offsite so i closed my computer and took it with me. my computer died in transit along with the progress of the game and that beautiful black tile. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! IT DOESN’T SAVE?! THIS IS 2015! I have text messages from 2013 but i can’t save my progress in this game?! so be warned, if you want to save your progress you can’t. it won’t do it. it’s just a continual game of searching for power and never restarting your computer. it will cause me to delay all critical updates. peace be to you. you’re going to need it.

Simple game and so badly written - Lags and does not even save your process (if you close the app, you can’t continue in the same game).

Really great game. - It’s really challenging to get the 2048 tile! But I made it twice!

G-MA - I’m a numbers type and this is a very simple yet addictive little game, great to play while waiting around or talking on the phone. I read the reviews before downloading and I agree with the person that said that you are usually just trying to beat your high score. Just got it and haven’t reached that magic number yet. But I’m getting better!

i got a kick out of it - although after a while it becomes all about beating your highest score; it certainly was fun initially, seeing for how long you could go before you ran out of combinations. I would say: give it a try, why not.
